My breakfast: I like to start my day with a bowl of fruits and a few type of protein. I usually have 2 scoops of protein powder with water.
My lunch: 2-Three small chapatis with any vegetable sabzi, salad (1 cucumber+1 carrot) and a glass of buttermilk.
My dinner: Usually one thing mild like dal-rice or khichdi.
Pre-workout meal: Nothing
Post-workout meal: Two scoops of protein powder (in water) plus one apple/banana.
I bask in (What you eat in your cheat days): I like consuming home made delicacies and cargo up on some carbs. Idli/ Batata vada/ dosa/ pav bhaji are a few of my favorite issues to have.
