Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is planning a cupboard shuffle involving a handful of ministers, CBC News has discovered.
Navdeep Bains, minister of innovation, science and trade, has determined to not run within the subsequent election and is leaving cupboard, precipitating the transfer, stated sources with data of the shuffle who spoke to CBC News on situation of confidentiality.
Foreign Affairs Minister François-Philippe Champagne will change Bains, and Transport Minister Marc Garneau will transfer to Foreign Affairs, the sources stated. Omar Alghabra can be promoted to cupboard to take over Transport.
Bains will keep on because the MP for the Ontario driving of Mississauga—Malton for now, a supply informed CBC News.
