After Sushant Singh Rajput’s household lawyer, Vikas Singh rubbished the reviews of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) ruling out homicide theories and claimed that the actor’s dying was by ‘strangulation’ and never as a result of ‘suicide’, BJP MP, Subramanian Swamy took to Twitter to query why the reported glass from which SSR drank orange juice on June 14 earlier than he was found unresponsive in his room, was not preserved for assessments.

He wrote, “Morning orange juice. Why was the glass from which SSR drank orange juice not preserved? No wonder Mumbai Police did not seal his apartment as is mandatory in unnatural deaths.”

Earlier, Vikash Singh tweeted saying, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.”
