DJ Jo Whiley has referred to as it the “cruellest twist in the world” that she was supplied a vaccine earlier than her disabled sister, who’s in hospital with Covid “fighting for her life”.
Her sister Frances, who has a studying incapacity and diabetes, has now been referred to as in for a vaccination – however Jo says it is “too late”.
Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, her message was to “forget the classifications” and shield all folks with studying disabilities.
