1. Add 12 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced), 1/four cup brown sugar, 1/four cup granulated sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, half tsp. floor nutmeg, half tsp. floor cloves, half tsp. kosher salt, and 1/four tsp. floor ginger right into a deep cooking pot.
