If you’ve a candy tooth and crave desserts usually, then it is a must-try recipe for you. Just use the leftover bread heels to make a pudding.
Ingredients required- 1 cup milk, four tablespoon butter, 1 egg, ¼ cup sugar, four bread heels, a handful of raisins and a pinch of salt.
- Boil milk in a saucepan, add butter and blend nicely till mixed. Also preheat the oven to 170°C. Chop the bread heels into small cubes.
- Now take a bowl and beat the egg correctly. Add sugar, salt and raisins. Mix nicely. Lastly, add bread cubes and milk in batches and blend gently.
- Pour this combination right into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes.
